SNOW DAY IN NASHVILLE

Well, we had our first (and possibly ONLY) snow day in Nashville this winter.

Of course, what comes with that is NO SCHOOL (for those of you in Colorado, you would be laughing) We had an entire 2 inches of snow on the ground -- and school was cancelled all across the state. The grocery stores were packed with people "stocking up" on water, bread, milk, etc --- Accidents on every major interstate, main roads, and back roads. Cars sliding off the road in every direction. Pretty much a MAJOR problem due to a HUGE blizzard (yeah, right) Well, it is beginning to look a lot like Christmas --- and made Brian feel like he was back "home" in Colorado, even if just for a day.

But most importantly -- it meant fun for the kids as they ran around and played in the snow this morning having a great time ---- until they realized that snow means wet and cold, and that means MISERABLE. They both started crying they were so cold.
