Reflection on Week 6

  • Xander is so opposite of Paisley. He is happiest when snuggled close in my arms. On the other hand, Paisley, from day one, has been my little Miss Independent.
It has taken a while to figure out what Xander likes so that i can put him down to do anything...but, he has started liking his swing and watching all his little friends go 'round and 'round.
  • The only thing you don't see in this picture is that two second after it was taken Paisley came over to help make it go alittle higher...Xander doesn't seem to mind though...but then again, i guess he doesn't have a choice!!!

And here we have the next Mary Lou Retton. Paisley has discovered how to go upside down...but she likes to add her own unique twist to her trick, of course, by waving her hand and saying hi...what a character she is!!!!

  • Grampy Layton came to visit this past week. Xander and Paisely love their Grampy...I think it's because he has the perfect chest to fall asleep on. For someone reason, he has been able to calm them both down when they are having a fuss attack and have them fall asleep...it is definately the special touch of a grandpa.
  • We cheered on Grampy as he ran in the 1/2 Marathon with his friend Steve. Paisley was amazed at all the runners and well, Xander just enjoyed the fresh air.
